Grey Days

We are 12 days into the New Year and I must admit, things haven’t gone the way I thought they would so far in 2016. But there are 353 more days left to the year and I’m looking forward to still having the best year ever. Thank God for new days right? And thank God we are all still here to see another day, day after day after day! I won’t let the grey days get me down, instead, I’ll let a monochrome outfit lift me up. There’s something about grey on grey that is clean, simple, and quite uplifting.

 

Grey denim is worth adding to your closet. I paired my denim with a v-neck long sleeve tee and grey heels, with a a plaid tartan in a wonderful shade of blush, a color that goes perfect with grey by the way!

Nordstrom has a great selection of grey denim,  and I found this tee at Forever 21. I have on a pair of Joe’s shoes, but I think I like these too! (click here)
