Street Chic in Accordion Pleats

Summer style brings along a limitless possibility of what to wear, which adds to the fun of styling! There are so many things to do outside in nice weather, so when putting together a look there are three things you want to be: comfortable, chic, and Style Stamped! These three elements inspired this look built around a floor-length black and white stripe accordion pleated maxi skirt from Forever 21. I envisioned the skirt blowing in the wind while walking down the street, and that’s exactly what it did!

The Look: Accordion pleats add a feminine flair to skirts and dresses, which makes it chic. Block heeled sandals are currently on trend, making the “comfort” piece of the puzzle really simple. Lastly, pairing an unexpected top and jewelry with the skirt makes it Style Stamped.
